This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Pampa Dev LLC's services. By using ListingLevel, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Uses
ListingLevel is intended for:
• Real estate professionals, property owners, and agents enhancing property listing photos.
• Lawful commercial and personal use in connection with legitimate real estate activities.
• Use by individuals aged 18 or older.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not upload photos that:
• Contain nudity, explicit sexual content, or pornographic material.
• Depict violence, abuse, or illegal activity.
• Include personally identifiable information of individuals without their consent (e.g., faces in photos).
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Are subject to legal restrictions on distribution.
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Service to:
• Fraudulently misrepresent properties, including altering structural features or concealing defects beyond cosmetic staging.
• Violate any applicable real estate advertising or disclosure regulations.
• Circumvent usage limits or access tiers through automated means.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service.
4. Real Estate Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of AI-enhanced photos complies with:
• Local, state, and national real estate advertising laws and regulations.
• MLS rules and guidelines applicable to your listing platforms.
• Professional ethics standards of any applicable real estate association.
ListingLevel provides a technology tool. We do not provide legal, compliance, or professional advice. When in doubt, consult your broker, association, or legal counsel.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content or activity on ListingLevel that violates this AUP, please report it to [email protected].
6. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in:
• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
• Forfeiture of unused subscription credits (no refund).
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
